Welcome

I’ve spent years of my life being closed off to myself and how I truly felt in any given moment, including the most important people around me. Being closed off for so long put me in pursuit of much needed healing & liberation.

A succession of eye opening relationships catapulted me into a mens support group, relationship therapy, and a counseling retreat all within an intense 3 month span. After living with such an experience, my world was left unsatisfied with the status quo; the way I lived before.

Is this just another email newsletter?

Nope, not exactly.

The wonderful overwhelm of being bombarded by 50 info-laden newsletters is bs and doesn’t include opening them. Sounds like an invitation for anxiety.

Instead, a letter I’d want to open is one that touched on things that invites meaning to my day, involves less time to read, and lifts me in some way.

Like medicine for the soul; a space to read, speak, and reflect candidly on topics that encourage healing and growth.💊

One day I decided to curate this letter. A letter to share what wisdom I found on my journey of growth.

What you can expect

  • optimal living

  • matters of the heart

  • Well-being (mental & emotional)

Why Lone Capsule?

Besides the dope ass logo🐐 …

The name is heavily inspired by the ‘red pill’ scene in the matrix. Because I feel a fair amount of our genius and wisdom is uncovered in solitude, a play on a lonely ‘capsule’ floating in space just made sense👍🏽

Imagine our journey in a space capsule. Floating across galaxies, often quiet and alone, where we happen upon life and truths that lie beyond.
